The neighborhoods will benefit from improved stability as formerly homeless individuals obtain permanent housing. CSF offers a variety of services for its residents, including financial and homebuyer education, crime prevention strategies and activities, mentoring and referrals to partner agencies. In 2020 FCLF also provided emergency working capital as part of its COVID-19 relief financing. FCLF provided additional financing for hurricane repairs in 2024.
With financing from Florida Community Loan Fund, PERC has purchased and will renovate a motel into 66 program housing units, to offer transitional services to a total of 132 residents.
