Between 2005 and 2023, there was $329.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $49.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $173.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $81.8 million in consumer lending, $23.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
