Network for Oregon Affordable Housing
NOAH’s loan will be used acquire three properties located in Tigard, Oregon that will enable Community Development Partners to construct 80 units of new affordable Housing. The properties are located in the Tigard Triangle Urban Renewal Area and will benefit from being near the MAX line expansion. CDP will also be partnering with the Center for Public Interest Design to research and better understand the civic assets and needs to bring the greatest benefit to the community.
Acquisition of a 4.66 acre parcel of land in unincorporated Washington County and within the Basalt Creek Comprehensive Plan area approved by the City of Tualatin for future high‐ density development and annexation into the City. CPAH intends to develop the site with 12 studio, 45 one‐bedroom, 35 two‐bedroom and 24 three‐bedroom units. The site currently contains two older single‐family residences and an outbuilding which will be occupied and generating a small amount of rental income during the term of the loan.
Briarwood Manor is a 10-unit garden style affordable housing project located in Keizer, OR. The project is a single-story building with one-bedroom units on a .49-acre site.
Capitol Plaza is a 36-elevator-served building located in Salem, OR originally constructed in 1951 and rehabbed in 2017. The project has all one -bedroom units, as well as a community room and rooftop deck.
Charleston is a 52-unit multi-family development consisting of one (1) four-story buildings. Fifteen (15) of the units are reserved units for persons with disabilities under the HUD 811 Program.
