Between 2005 and 2023, there was $215.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $45 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $54.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $60.7 million in consumer lending, $52.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
