Heart of the City Health Center
The project, at the corner of Cherry St. SE and Sheldon Avenue S.E., brings Cherry Street Health Services, Touchstone Innovaré and Proaction Behavioral Health Alliance together under one roof, creating what proponents say is a new national model for integrated healthcare.
Sugar Hill
Construction and development of a 5-story, mixed use building consisting of 68 residential units, parking and approximately 12,000 SF of ground floor commercial and retail space. The project will support inclusive growth in Detroit’s historic cultural district with apartments being marketed to artists, teachers, and professionals, attached to the surrounding cultural district and medical campuses and a majority of the commercial space being leased to tenants that will provide career training and job opportunities for low-income individuals.
Robinson Landing
Robinson Landing is a development of 30 new homes on a quiet, tree-lined street. Located in the Grand Haven city limits, the neighborhood is connected to in-town amenities by sidewalk, is walkable to schools, and is only 4 miles from Grand Haven State Park. Robinson Landing has a homeowners association created to maintain the single-family character of the neighborhood.
Lebowsky Center
The Owosso Community Players, at the Lebowsky Center, have a rich history that carries on the legacy of Joseph Lebowsky who opened The Capitol Theater in 1926.The Lebowsky Center reopened in 2014 continuing to rebound and grow after a devastating fire in 2007. Construction on the interior began in December 2012 and was completed in March 2014.
