We are proud to be one of the many CDFIs channeling capital into otherwise economically underserved communities nationwide. Since 2017, we have financed over 3,000 affordable homes, aided by awards from the CDFI Fund. The CDFI Fund’s programs are essential to our work and our ability to attract and leverage private capital.
CDFIs create impactful changes in communities and provide catalytic growth and changes which provide jobs, particularly in low and moderate in come areas.
CDFIs are filling the deep credit gap encountered in many communities providing financing to small businesses, affordable housing, and community facilities, creating jobs and business opportunities and promoting revitalization.
