We have been able to utilize NMTC and without this financing many of the projects we have done in Minneapolis would not have been possible. It’s been a wonderful facility to support small businesses, economic development, and critical services to low-income communities. Please continue these programs, they do make a difference.
CDFIs are an important to give access to those who can’t get access to capital from traditional banks and provides important Technical assistance to borrowers pre and post loan as needed.
Thanks to the Bank Enterprise Award Fund, United is able to issue responsible credit and financial services to underserved customers… BEA is critical for offsetting the cost of running a small‑dollar loan program.
