CDFI Coalition Endorsed Bipartisan Bill to Support CDFIs Reintroduced in Senate
On Wednesday, May 4, Senators Mark Warner (D-VA) and Mike Crapo (R-ID) reintroduced the Scaling Community Lenders Act (S. 1442). This legislation, which supports CDFIs and is endorsed by the CDFI Coalition, is identical to a bill introduced by the Senators in the last Congress.

Fiscal Year 2023 Omnibus Hits the Streets
Omnibus Deal Reached — For the CDFI Fund, the trend continues upward, although at a slightly lower level than the budget request and the level recommended by the House. The total available for FY 23 is $324 million, an increase of $29 million above FY 22 and $7 million below the budget request.
