Grow America invested $16.6 million in the adaptive reuse of the former Ravenswood Hospital into affordable independent and supportive senior housing. The $81.6 million redevelopment combines affordable apartments with healthcare, meals, physical therapy, fitness, and other services that allow lower-income seniors to age in place.
