Grow America helped structure and finance a 90,000 sq. ft. county law building in Indio using a public-private partnership and tax-exempt bonds. The LEED-certified facility houses the District Attorney, Public Defender, County Counsel, Law Library, and related offices while incorporating solar generation and energy-saving features.
