Greater Minnesota Housing Fund committed the permanent first mortgage for The Williams, a 60-unit affordable housing development in Saint Paul’s Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood. The property includes one- through five-bedroom apartments, including units designed for larger and multigenerational households.
