Greater Minnesota Housing Fund’s NOAH Impact Fund invested $5.65 million in the acquisition of Plymouth Colony Apartments, preserving 126 naturally occurring affordable homes for at least 25 years. The acquisition also maintains supportive services for residents, including households with disabilities.
