Florida Community Loan Fund provided $6 million in construction-to-term financing for Lofts on 6th, a 90-unit affordable senior housing development in Fort Lauderdale’s historic Sistrunk neighborhood. The project also includes nearly 9,000 sq. ft. of nonprofit office and service space for The Pantry of Broward.
