Enterprise Community Loan Fund’s Denver Regional TOD Fund provided $1.8 million to Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to acquire the remaining YMCA portion of a historic downtown Denver building. The acquisition allows the organization to renovate and consolidate the property around more than 200 units of permanent supportive housing.
