A $10,000 NC Rural Center Connect Church grant helped three rural United Methodist congregations develop a year-long intergenerational program connecting young people and older adults. Workshops, trips, and community events addressed isolation, employment skills, health, and other needs across communities in Moore and Harnett counties.
