Lifespan Health developed an approximately $7.9 million facility expansion and consolidation project to increase access to primary, behavioral, dental, pharmacy, and substance-use services in rural southwest Tennessee. The project expanded the health center’s capacity to serve patients across Hardin, Wayne, and McNairy counties.
