United Family Medicine developed the 32,000 sq. ft. Peter J. King Family Health Center in St. Paul to replace an undersized leased facility and expand medical and dental services. The project added 40 exam rooms, community space, expanded hours, and improved access for patients in the West 7th neighborhood.
