Prestamos CDFI provided a $5 million NMTC allocation to support working capital associated with increased patient capacity and expanded services at Memorial Hospital in Dumas. The rural critical-access hospital expects to serve about 59,000 patient visits annually while retaining jobs, adding positions, and expanding specialty care across the Texas Panhandle.
