Chicago Community Loan Fund provided a $2.7 million construction and rehabilitation loan to transform a long-vacant former bank into the Stony Island Arts Bank. The 19,065 sq. ft. community facility provides exhibition, performance, archive, library, nonprofit, and other cultural space on Chicago’s South Side.
