Carolina Small Business Development Fund provided financing that allowed Kristy and Eric Freitag to purchase and develop an 85-acre campground near Hanging Rock State Park. The loan paid off the property and funded septic, water, electrical, and other infrastructure needed to open the rural campground to visitors.
