Capital Impact Partners’ Co-op Innovation Award helped Pilsen Housing Cooperative acquire another building and expand its limited-equity housing cooperative for longtime Chicago residents. The award supported a model intended to preserve affordable housing, expand resident ownership, and help the cooperative continue acquiring properties in Pilsen.
