Capital for Change financed Junta for Progressive Action’s purchase and renovation of 175 Grand Avenue, an adjacent property that will become the organization’s administrative offices. The acquisition will free Junta’s existing building for redevelopment as a cultural center while expanding its capacity to provide social services, education, and community programming.
