Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership and The Benoit Group developed Sylvan Hills Senior, a 183-unit affordable rental community for older adults in Southwest Atlanta. The $36 million, 147,000 sq. ft. development includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, resident programming space, a fitness center, and other amenities.
