Nearly $10 million in NMTC financing from AltCap and Central Bank of Kansas City helped renovate a long-vacant historic church complex into the Linwood Area Ministry Place. The 40,000 sq. ft. campus now houses nonprofit organizations providing mental health, youth, family, technology, and community services and includes a 36-unit affordable housing development.
