BlueHub Capital provided $10 million in New Markets Tax Credit allocation to help the Community Music Center of Boston purchase and renovate a historic Nubian Square building into a new arts education center. The facility will include music studios, a recording studio, digital piano lab, performance hall, and workforce development space while increasing CMCB’s capacity.
