The CDFI Coalition may offer text message alerts to individuals who voluntarily opt in to receive them. Text messages may include important policy, legislative, regulatory, event, advocacy, organizational, or other CDFI Coalition updates. The CDFI Coalition will use mobile phone numbers and related information to provide and administer its text messaging program.
Consent and Message Frequency
Participation in the CDFI Coalition text messaging program is voluntary. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the CDFI Coalition at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency may vary depending on Coalition activities, events, legislative or regulatory developments, and other relevant updates.

Opt-Out and Help Instructions
To stop receiving text messages from the CDFI Coalition, reply STOP to any Coalition text message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Texts will only be sent during daylight hours, restricted to local times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Privacy
The CDFI Coalition will not sell, rent, or share text messaging opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to operate and administer the Coalition’s text messaging program.
