Moyle Construction is redeveloping the nine-story, 140,000 square-foot Jutila Center, a building that was part of the former Finlandia University campus in Hancock. Floors 8 and 9 will be converted into 29 rental apartments, 15 of which will be rented at or below 80% AMI. The remaining floors included a variety of government, non-profit organizations and some for-profit companies. A new insulating façade will wrap the building and the development team will make significant improvements to other major mechanicals.
