This transaction will finance the expansion of Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc. to further its mission as a Federally Qualified Heath Center in Vero Beach, Florida. This expansion will provide approximately 45,000 square feet of newly rehabilitated and constructed, primary healthcare, pediatric, and administrative facilities with extensive wrap-around services.
