Renovation of a 56,730-square-foot building in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado, to serve as Hilltop Community Resources' new headquarters and program hub. This project will help Hilltop address several community-level issues, such as housing insecurity, family economic instability, unmet mental health needs, access to affordable childcare, behavioral health counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault support, food and healthcare assistance, parenting and early childhood development programs, and housing support.
