Genesis LA deployed NMTCs to help the YMCA complete the conversion of an existing 6,600 square foot gymnasium into an office space, and the construction of a new 18,800 square foot gymnasium. This development will provide a variety of healthy living and sports programs to the surrounding community of Downey.
