The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) has released a new Transaction Level Report (TLR) submission and certification page in its Awards Management Information System (AMIS). The new display includes the following enhancements:

- The ability for users to view Target Market Calculator results from prior years.
- The ability for users to delete not-yet-certified TLR data in a bulk fashion without assistance from the CDFI Fund.
- The ability for regulated entities that make only consumer loans or only non-consumer loans to certify their TLR data without assistance from the CDFI Fund.
- The ability for users to input coordinates or addresses for all loans in the TLR address object (previously, users first needed to obtain the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) codes for certain loan types).
- The addition of new data fields and data objects for transactions counted toward the CDFI ERP.
New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program
- The ability for users to correct errors between related records without having to modify uploaded files and restart the TLR submission process.
