Songbird Village is a 48-unit apartment project for low and very low income families and individuals. Improvements consist of 13 two-story apartment buildings and one 2,100 SF community building. The community building contains a manager’s office, a conference room, a community room with kitchenette, and laundry facilities. A play area is adjacent to the community building at the center of the project.
