Between 2005 and 2023, there was $285.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $153.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $57.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $54.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
