Between 2005 and 2023, there was $538.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $138.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $220.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $25.1 million in consumer lending, $110.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
