Between 2005 and 2023, there was $439.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $115.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $129.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $148 million in consumer lending, $36.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
