South Florida Community Land Trust
With financing from Florida Community Loan Fund, SFCLT finalized construction of 6 new affordable homes for sale in Deerfield Beach using the Community Land Trust model designed to preserve affordable housing in perpetuity, one generation after the next. In an area with median income at 59% of the area median income (AMI), buyers for these homes may be eligible for down payment assistance, bringing the cost of each home down to around $150,000 for a home valued at $300,000.
