Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.4 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $67.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $1.1 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.2 billion in consumer lending, $37.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
