Between 2005 and 2023, there was $888.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $178.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $305.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $131.2 million in consumer lending, $247.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
