Between 2005 and 2023, there was $508.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $131.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $187.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $132.1 million in consumer lending, $55.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
