Between 2005 and 2023, there was $732.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $74.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $400.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $246.5 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
