Between 2005 and 2023, there was $493.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $104.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $165 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $199.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
