Construction of a 130,000 pound blanching plant, seed sheller and buying point for a peanut processing company that is grower owned.
Justine PETERSEN Community Advantage loan allowed Doggie Dojo, LLC to purchase an existing business in rural Missouri, including the actual property, facilities (2 buildings), and all of the fixtures located at 3102 State Route 110, DeSoto, MO. Originally there were 4 employees working at Worrynought Kennels in addition to the owners. Those 4 workers were able to continue being employed by Doggie Dojo, LLC. In addition, Doggie Dojo, LLC hired a groomer and an additional part time employee providing jobs to 7 people.
The Marquette Tech District project involved the adaptive-reuse of two historical buildings that were renovated into a tech-powered business incubation center and a Marriott Courtyard hotel in Cape Girardeau, MO.
