Between 2005 and 2023, there was $862.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $66.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $412.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $281 million in consumer lending, $90.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
