Between 2005 and 2023, there was $416.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $35.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $141.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $161.6 million in consumer lending, $74 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
