Between 2005 and 2023, there was $605.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $55.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $344.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $158.8 million in consumer lending, $38.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
