Between 2005 and 2023, there was $733.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $101.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $274.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $273.6 million in consumer lending, $55.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
