Between 2005 and 2023, there was $127.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $51.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $32.1 million in consumer lending, $22.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
