Between 2005 and 2023, there was $183 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $75.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $51.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $21 million in consumer lending, $23.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
