Between 2005 and 2023, there was $325.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $47.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $146.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $88.2 million in consumer lending, $40.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
