Between 2005 and 2023, there was $719.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $242.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $177.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $192.7 million in consumer lending, $50.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
